When does registration close?

Registration closes on February 1, 2022

When will the schedule be posted?

The pond hockey tournament begins at Noon on Friday and ends with the championship games on Sunday afternoon. Please plan accordingly.

Pond Hockey tournament schedules will be posted on February 5th.
Bean Bag tournament schedule will be posted on February 9th.

If the schedules are completed earlier, they will be posted earlier. We will also email the team captains with the schedules.

Our organizers are all volunteers and put in a lot of time on this event, please be patient with us.

Can I add players to my roster or make changes to my roster?

Yes, please click here to add or make changes to your roster.

Rosters must be finalized by no later than February 9th.

Please note – maximum of 8 players on a roster.  Subs are not allowed.
Also, all players must meet the birthdate requirement of the division your team is registered for.  No exceptions will be made.

Does everyone on my team need to check-in?

Yes, all players must check-in prior to their first game.  Players must show a picture id and have a signed waiver on file before they can play their first game.  Each player will receive a wristband and a tournament t-shirt.

Where can I find updated scores/schedules during the event?

There is a scoreboard located near the warming tents on the ice that will be updated every hour. And each night, the schedules will be updated and posted on the website under SCHEDULE.
